October 25, 2024 – Imperial County Sheriff’s Office officials report that they are pleased to inform the public of the successful recovery of a stolen 2022 John Deere 5075M tractor belonging to Paul Cameron Ranches LLC.

On Monday, October 21, 2024, deputies responded to a report of the stolen tractor from the area of Lydick Loop, located on the outskirts of Imperial, CA. Initial witness statements indicated that the tractor may have been taken by an adult Hispanic male transient, who was seen in the area on the evening of Saturday, October 19, 2024.

In response to the theft, flyers were distributed. Thanks to the prompt and vigilant response from the public, the stolen tractor was located on the morning of Tuesday, October 22, 2024. It was found abandoned and stuck in the mud near Carey Road, west of Dogwood Road.

The Imperial County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the public for their assistance in this matter.
