October 26, 2024 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department are asking for the public’s help locating At Risk Missing Person, Bianca Melissa Ochoa.  Bianca was last seen on October 25, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. on the 1700 Block of Santa Anita Avenue in the city of El Monte.

Bianca Melissa Ochoa is 32 years old, 5'2", 135 lbs., with black hair with blue streaks, brown eyes, face tattoos, and piercings on the left and right bottom lip. She was last seen wearing a red shirt and dark colored sweatpants.

There is concern for Ms. Ochoa's wellbeing as she suffers from a mental health disorder.
