Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Investigators are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the deaths of two male Hispanic adults on the 3600 block of West El Segundo Boulevard in the city of Hawthorne.
On Sunday, October 27, 2024, at approximately 2:08 a.m., Hawthorne Police Department received a 911 call reporting gunshot victims at the location. Hawthorne police officers responded to the 3600 block of West El Segundo Boulevard in the city of Hawthorne to a rear alley of a residence. The officers made entry to the rear yard and located two male Hispanic adult victims. The two male Hispanic adults were found to have sustained gunshot wounds.
Los Angeles County Fire Department arrived on scene and pronounced both male Hispanic adult victims deceased at the scene.
A male suspect entered the rear yard of the location where a party was occurring and began shooting, striking both victims. The male suspect fled the backyard and left the scene in an unknown direction.
The case is ongoing and there is no additional information available at this time.
