November 1, 2024 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating At Risk Missing Person, Ronald Edward Harmon. Mr. Harmon was last seen on October 30, 2024, on the 22000 block of South Vermont Avenue in the city of Torrance.

Ronald is described as a 79-year-old White male adult, 5’08”, 175 lbs., with white hair, brown eyes, and a clean-shaven face. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, grey pants but possibly changed into a blue shirt and black pants.

Mr. Harmon is diabetic and suffers from a mild cognitive impairment and there is concern for his well-being. He has a possible destination of Redondo Beach.
