November 6, 2024 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating at-risk Missing Person, Russell Williams. He is a 64-year-old White male who was last seen on November 4, 2024, at 10:45 p.m., on the 300 block of East Carson Street in the city of Carson.

Russell is 5’10" tall, 150 lbs. He has bald hair, brown eyes, a mustache, and a full beard. He was last seen wearing a black and gray jacket.

Mr. Williams suffers from dementia and a mental health disorder. His family is concerned for his well-being and are asking for the public’s help.
