Sex Offender Parole and Probation Compliance 

November 14, 2024 – Riverside County Sheriff’s Office officials report that on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, the Lake riverside county sheriff logoMathews Investigations Bureau along with the Lake Mathews Special Enforcement Team, Lake Elsinore Special Enforcement Team, RCCET- Riverside County Child Exploitation Team, and CDCR Parole- California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation conducted a sex offender and parole/ probation compliance check at multiple locations within the Lake Mathews Sheriff’s Station area.

Compliance checks were conducted at 85 locations, with approximately 89 registrants. As a result of this operation, 10 arrests were made. The following subjects were arrested:

Leonard Ramos 58-year-old for narcotics related charges & parole violation

Michael Cano 38-year-old for narcotics related charges & parole violation

Daniel Chaves 71-year-old for 290 violation & probation violation

Jose Romo 33-year-old - 290 violation & probation violation

Juan Sanchez 36-year-old for parole violation

Francisco Grijalva 36-year-old for parole violation

Manuel Ramos 34-year-old for parole violation

Lacey Green 43-year-old for weapon related charges & parole violation

Tyler Williams 30-year-old weapon related charges & parole violation

Ernestine Denison 67-year-old for a domestic violence warrant

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office aggressively pursues prosecution of those sex registrants who fail to comply with their registration requirements. The Lake Mathews Sheriff’s Station will be conducting similar sweeps on a regular basis to verify that registered sex offenders are living at their reported residences pursuant to California Penal Code Section 290.

Residents of Riverside County can visit the Megan’s Law website to familiarize themselves with the sex registrants in their community.
