Fatal Traffic Collision 

November 17, 2024 – Riverside County Sheriff’s Office officials report that on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 1:54 a.m., deputies from the San Jacinto Sheriff’s Station responded to the area of Warren Road and the Ramona Expressway, San Jacinto, regarding a rollover traffic collision involving a single vehicle. When deputies arrived, they found the driver of the vehicle, who was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The San Jacinto Traffic Reconstruction Team responded to the scene and assumed the investigation. The investigation determined the vehicle was traveling southbound on North Warren Road south of Ramona Expressway when it left the roadway. The vehicle rolled into a drainage ditch when it drove off the highway. Deputies are investigating if alcohol or drugs played a factor in this traffic collision. The identities of the deceased will not be released at this time, pending notification to the next of kin. No additional information is available at this time.

The collision investigation required the temporary closure of North Warren Road between Ramona Expressway and Upperline Avenue.
