November 18, 2024 – Los Angeles, CA – Los Angeles Police Department officials report that the family of 14-year-old Promise Harbor and the Los Angeles Police Department are requesting the public’s assistance in locating her after she was reported missing.

Harbor was last seen on the morning of November 14, 2024, near the 300 block of 88th Place, headed to school. She was reported missing by her family around 6:00 a.m. on November 15, 2024, after it was discovered that she never went to school on November 14.

Harbor is a 14-year-old Black female. She has black hair and brown eyes, weighs 110 pounds and is 5’04”. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt, tan pants, and black and blue shoes.
