Homicide Investigation 

December 13, 2024 – Riverside County Sheriff's Office officials report that on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at 4:58 p.m., deputies from the Hemet Sheriff’s Station responded to the 25000 block of Minorca Street, in the unincorporated area of Hemet, regarding a suspicious circumstance. Upon arrival, responding deputies located a deceased female with trauma and obvious signs of death. Responding deputies secured the scene and requested the assistance of the Riverside Sheriff’s Central Homicide Unit.

The Sheriff’s Central Homicide Unit responded and assumed the investigation. The decedent’s name will not be released pending next of kin notification. No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing. No further information will be released at this time.
