December 15, 2024 – San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department-Gangs/Narcotics Division conducted an investigation into illegal narcotics activity in the city of San Bernardino. 

On Friday, December 13, 2024, the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department-Gangs/Narcotics Division, San Bernardino Police Department, California Highway Patrol, San Bernardino County Auto Theft Task Force, and San Bernardino County Probation served a search warrant in the 400 block of S. Sierra Way, San Bernardino. During the service of the search warrant, three assault rifles, two unserialized assault rifles (ghost guns), three semi-automatic handguns, nine pounds of crystalized methamphetamine, 25 pounds of liquid methamphetamine, five pounds of cocaine, 20 pounds of marijuana, a large sum of US currency, and five stolen vehicles were seized. The location was found to be a small clandestine methamphetamine conversion lab. The investigation is ongoing.
