Major Injury Traffic Collision
January 7, 2025 – Ventura County Sheriff's Office Officials report that on January 5, 2025, a traffic collision occurred on 
Central Avenue just north of Highway 101 in the City of Camarillo. The collision caused major injuries and one party was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Based on uninvolved witness statements, one of the vehicles involved (a white Lexus sedan) was traveling at a high rate of speed south on Central Avenue and may have been traveling with another blue sedan just prior to the collision.
This collision is under investigation by the Camarillo Traffic Bureau. Anyone who may have witnessed the collision or has any additional information regarding the incident is encouraged to contact Camarillo Traffic Investigator Bradley Bordon at 805-388-5146.
