January 10, 2025 – Riverside County Sheriff’s Office officials report that on Thursday, January 9, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., deputies from the Perris Sheriff’s Station and officers from various enforcement teams came together to conduct a sex offender parole and probation compliance check at 30 separate locations involving 50 different sex registrants in the Perris area.

This operation aimed to ensure compliance with state laws and applicable conditions set forth in the terms of their parole and probation. The following six individuals were arrested:

Geavanni Chavez	37-year-old resident of Perris Parole hold
Pablo Ramirez	31-year-old resident of Perris Parole hold
Jerry Martinez	56-year-old resident of Perris Probation violation
Frederick Neel	44-year-old resident of Perris Stolen vehicle warrant
Joe Ortega	41-year-old resident of Perris Theft
Matthew Zavala	29-year-old resident of Perris Drug warrant

All suspects were booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center or the Robert Presley Detention Center without incident. Anyone with additional information is urged to call Investigator Milian at Riverside County Sheriff’s dispatch at (951) 776-1099, or the Perris Station at (951) 210-1000.
