January 13, 2025 – San Diego Police Department officials report that they are seeking the public’s help locating at-risk missing child Destiny Martinez (age 1).

The San Diego Police Department could use your help locating Destiny Martinez (age 1) who was last seen on January 11, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. in San Diego. 

It is believed that Destiny is with her biological parents, Kimberly Marie Moore (33) (aka Kimberly Oney) and Arturo Martinez Jr. (36) who have ZERO custody rights to Destiny per a court order. Another family member has 100% custody rights to Destiny per the court order.
