January 18, 2025 – Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department officials report that Sheriff Deputies have conducted 36 arrests within the Eaton Fire Zone for various charges, including theft, firearms, curfew and narcotics violations. 

Deputies are diligently working through the night to keep disaster workers and residences of the evacuees secure until they can return home.

LASD is enforcing a curfew in evacuation order zones and there is absolutely zero tolerance for looters.
