January 23, 2025 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating Missing Person Manuel Coulto Toste. He is a 78-year-old White male who was last seen on December 1, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. on the 17000 block of Grayland Avenue in the city of Artesia.      

Manuel is 5’02”, 140 lbs., with straight brown hair, green eyes, and has an unknown tattoo on his left arm. 

Mr. Toste’s family is concerned for his well-being and is asking for the public’s help.
