January 23, 2025 – San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Department seeks another year of grant funding through the State of California’s Department of Parks and Recreation. The Sheriff’s Department has utilized this grant source since 2006 and is seeking an additional one year of funding.

This press release is to ensure the public is aware of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s intent to apply for OHV grant funding. 

For application review and public comment, see the California State Parks Off-Highway Motor Vehicle website at:  https://ohv.parks.ca.gov. 

The public comment period is March 4, 2025, through May 5, 2025.
