January 24, 2025 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating at-risk Missing Person Carlos Antonio Velasquez. He is a 29-year-old Hispanic male who was last seen on January 14, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. on the 1200 block of West Rosamond Boulevard in the unincorporated area of Rosamond.   

Carlos is 5’07”, 180 lbs., with black hair, brown eyes, goatee, and has a scar on his wrist. 

Mr. Velasquez suffers from depression. His family is concerned for his well-being and is asking for the public’s help.
