February 1, 2025 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Dung Ngoc Pham. She is a 70-year-old Asian female who was last seen on January 31, 2025, at 11:40 a.m. on the 3000 block of Burton Avenue in the city of Rosemead.

Ms. Pham  is 5’05”, 85 lbs., with black hair, brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a dark grey coat, a long-sleeved brown striped shirt, black pants and sandals.

Ms. Pham is diagnosed with dementia and her family is concerned for her well-being and is asking for the public’s help.
