March 20, 2025 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, Jerrell Rachel, who is a resident of Los Angeles County. He is a 66-year-old Black male who was last seen on the 8600 block of Juniper Street in the city of Los Angeles at 1:00 p.m. on March 19, 2025.

Mr. Rachel is 6’02”, 190 lbs. with gray hair, brown eyes and a full beard.

He is diabetic and requires medication.  There is concern for his well-being.
