April 4, 2025 – MODOC COUNTY, CA – Modoc County Sheriff’s Office officials report that on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, Modoc County Sheriff's Deputies served a search warrant at a home in the 900 block of Main Street in Cedarville, California, which led to the arrest of Jodi Ellan Hart, 61. 

Deputies discovered approximately 89 grams of methamphetamine packaged in numerous plastic bags, a large amount of U.S. currency, and drug paraphernalia. 

Hart was booked into the Modoc County Jail for possession of a controlled substance for sale, keeping a place to sell controlled substances, and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia. Bail has been set at $35,000.
