April 19, 2025 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Detail is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, Lam Khin Mooc. Mr. Mooc was last seen on Friday, April 18, 2025, at 5:50 A.M. on the 3100 block of Walnut Grove Avenue, in the city of Rosemead.  

Mr. Mooc is described as an 84-year-old Asian male adult, 5’05”, 150 lbs., with black hair, brown eyes, and facial hair. He was last seen wearing a red hat, red and white plaid shirt, red pants, and blue slippers.

Mr. Mooc’s family is concerned for his well-being as he is diagnosed with dementia and they are asking for the public’s help.
