Missing Person At-Risk - San Diego Police Department Can Use Your Help Locating Charles "Charlie" Dailey 

April 19, 2025 – San Diego Police Department officials report that on April 17, 2025, Charles “Charlie” Dailey was reported missing by his family from the area of 1800 Fifth Avenue in the City of San Diego. Charles was last seen on foot on April 17, 2025, at about 6:30 P.M. Charles suffers from memory issues and is considered AT-RISK. Charles is visiting from out of town and is not familiar with San Diego.

Charles was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt, blue-gray pants, and sliders with socks. Charles is described as a 59-year-old, White male, brown hair, brown eyes, 6’03”, and about 165 lbs.
