May 7, 2025 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Detail is asking for the public’s help locating Missing Person, Monique Michelle Pallan. Monique was last seen on Sunday, March 2, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., on the 9000 block of Garvey Avenue, in the city of South El Monte.

Monique is described as a 44-year-old Hispanic female adult, 5’02”, 210 lbs., with black hair, and brown eyes. She has tattoos on her wrists and fingers. 

Ms. Pallan was last seen wearing a black sweater with “Whittier” on it and black sweatpants. She suffers from a mental health disorder.  

Ms. Pallan’s family is concerned for her well-being and is asking for the public’s help in locating her.
