Stabbing in Fallbrook
June 6, 2025 – San Diego County Sheriff’s Office officials report that the Fallbrook Sheriff's Substation is investigating a stabbing during a party that sent a teenager to the hospital.
It happened on Thursday, June 5, just before 2:00 a.m. at a home in the 1700 block of Calmin Drive. When deputies arrived, they found a 16-year-old boy with a non-life-threatening stab wound. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Deputies also observed a vehicle leaving the scene at a high rate of speed. This vehicle was later located in the 1600 block of E. Mission Road, where it had collided with a building.
Four individuals associated with the vehicle were detained in connection with the stabbing investigation.
One of the individuals, Acey Perez (18), was found in possession of a loaded firearm.
The other suspects in the vehicle included Angel Martinez (18), Roman Ortiz (23) and a 16-year-old juvenile.
Officers with the California Highway Patrol (CHP) responded to the scene to conduct a collision investigation. Detectives from the Fallbrook Sheriff's Substation continue their investigation into the stabbing.
