June 25, 2025 – San Diego Police Department officials report that they can use your help in locating Karen Warren.
On June 24, 2025, around 6:10 p.m., Karen Warren was last seen crossing into Mexico at the San Ysidro Point of 
Entry. Karen has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, which makes her AT RISK. Karen Warren is described as an 83-year-old, White female, gray hair, blue eyes (glasses), 5’6”, and about 143 lbs.
Karen was last seen wearing a white long-sleeved shirt & dark blue pants. Karen is driving a 2016 white Volkswagen Passat, 4 door, CA 7UMR129.
