Silver Alert Issued for Missing 69-Year-Old Man 

July 4, 2025 – Los Angeles, CA – Los Angeles Police Department officials report that the family of Joaquin Solano and the Los Angeles LAPD silver alert Solano JoaquinPolice Department’s Missing Person’s Unit are asking for the public’s assistance in locating him.

On July 2, 2025, around 9:00 a.m., 69-year-old Joaquin Solano was last seen walking near his residence located in the 3700 block of Vinton Avenue in the city of Los Angeles. Mr. Solano suffers from Parkinson’s Disease and dementia and has not been heard from since.

Mr. Solano is described as a 69-year-old Hispanic man with black hair and brown eyes. He stands 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. Mr. Solano was last seen wearing a yellow baseball hat, white t-shirt, brown shorts, and sandals.
