Felony Vandalism 

July 11, 2025 – Sutter County Sheriff’s Office officials report that in the early morning hours of June 28, 2025, deputies responded to multiple reports of vandalized vehicles near Portola Valley Road in Yuba City.

The Sutter County Sheriff’s Investigations Unit promptly began canvassing the area, collecting surveillance footage, and interviewing witnesses. After a thorough investigation, it was found that approximately 11 vehicles were vandalized, causing nearly $17,000 in damages, with approximately 22 vehicles being tampered with in total. Sutter County Detectives identified the suspects as two male juveniles, a 16-year-old out of Marysville and a 17-year-old out of Yuba City.

Both juveniles were taken into custody and booked into Bi-County Juvenile Hall on charges of felony vandalism and conspiracy.
