Residential Burglary Suspect Arrested 

July 14, 2025 – Riverside County Sheriff’s Office officials report that on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 6:00 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Sheriff's Station responded to the 1500 block of Pheasant Lane in the unincorporated area of Blythe regarding a burglary in progress. 

On arrival, deputies observed a subject, later identified as Kathryn Grace Webster, a 30-year-old resident of Rockville, Indiana, exit the residence. Deputies attempted to contact Webster, but she ran back into the residence, closing the door behind her. A perimeter was established around the residence, and multiple commands were given advising Webster to exit.

Webster refused to comply, and the Riverside Sheriff Special Enforcement Bureau responded to assist. After hours of negotiation, Webster surrendered and was taken into custody without incident. Webster was booked into the Blythe Jail for Burglary. This is an ongoing investigation, and no additional details are available at this time.
