July 18, 2025 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public’s help locating at-risk missing person, Gabriela Tapia Hernandez. Gabriela was last contacted on July 13, 2025, at 10:30 A.M. on the 3400 block of Foothill Blvd. in the city of La Crescenta.
Gabriela is described as a 31-year-old Hispanic female, 5’02”, 175 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. She has tattoos of "A" behind right ear, a woman on left thigh, "Angel" on left wrist and "David" on right wrist. She was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue jean shorts, black/white converse shoes, three earrings on left ear, four earrings on right ear and two lip piercings.
She was last seen in a Black 2017 Honda Civic California License Plate - CA/D796T1.
Gabriela suffers from mental health issues and has a possible destination of Monte Cristo Campground in Palmdale. There is concern for her well-being and we are asking for the public’s help.
