Fatal Traffic Collision
July 23, 2025 – Riverside County Sheriff's Office officials report that on July 22, 2025, at 11:36 a.m., deputies assigned to the
Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station responded to a major injury traffic collision involving a vehicle and a motorcycle at the intersection of Riverside Drive and Lehr Drive, Lake Elsinore. Upon arrival, deputies located the motorcyclist unresponsive in the roadway. Deputies immediately began lifesaving measures until Cal Fire Paramedics arrived. Cal Fire continued lifesaving measures but ultimately pronounced the motorcyclist deceased at the scene.
The Lake Elsinore Station’s Traffic Team assumed the investigation. The driver of the vehicle remained on scene, and alcohol or drugs were not a factor in the collision. This is an ongoing investigation. The Riverside Sheriff’s Coroners Bureau will release the identity of the decedent after notifying the next of kin.
