August 2, 2025 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Donald Banks. He is a 64-year-old Black male who was last seen on July 27, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., on the 1600 block of W Avenue J, in the city of Lancaster.    

Donald is 5’7” tall, 137 lbs. with balding gray hair, hazel eyes, and beard. He takes daily medication and suffers from congestive heart failure, diabetes and has a pacemaker.

Mr. Banks' family is concerned for his well-being and are asking the public for their assistance.
