August 13, 2025 – San Bernardino Police Department officials report that on Monday, officers responded to a call for service at a 7-Eleven in the Southern District referencing a male and a female who were said to be in a Saturn armed with a sawed-off shotgun. Officers located the vehicle as it was leaving the premises and conducted a high-risk traffic stop.

Through further investigation, officers located a loaded handgun inside the vehicle tucked between the passenger seat and the center console where the male was seated. He was a prior felon and arrested on felony charges.
