August 15, 2025 – Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department officials report that the LANCAP team began investigating a string of armed carjackings committed within the city of Lancaster beginning in June 2025.

The investigation led to the identification of five juvenile suspects. During the search warrants the following was recovered:

- One stolen minibike

- Five illegally possessed firearms

- 17 pounds of methamphetamine

- 2 pounds of fentanyl

- 2 kilos of cocaine

- 2 kilos of heroin

- Illegal gambling machines

- $23,000 in U.S. Currency

By removing these dangerous drugs and illegal weapons, we’ve prevented them from causing further harm in our community. Lancaster Station remains fully committed to protecting our residents by targeting violent offenders and keeping illegal firearms and narcotics off our streets.
