August 17, 2025 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Detail investigators are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Kim Choy. She is a 73-year-old Asian female who was last seen on the 16000 block of Montbrook Street in the unincorporated area of Valinda, on August 15, 2025, at approximately 7:58 p.m.     

Kim is 5’04” tall, 126 lbs., with black hair dyed purple, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a purple jacket, blue jeans, black shoes and gray Adidas hat.

Ms. Kim requires daily medication. Her family is concerned about her well-being and is asking for the public’s help.
