August 18, 2025 – San Diego Police Department officials report that on August 16, 2025, at approximately 1230 hours, Jack Lee Turner walked away from his assisted living facility and was reported missing.

Turner is considered missing AT-RISK.

Turner is described as a 78-year-old Black male with grey hair, grey beard, brown eyes, 5’08” tall, and about 120 lbs.

He was last seen wearing a burgundy flannel and dark pants and uses a walker.
