August 20, 2025 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department are seeking assistance in locating missing person, John Yoshimura. He is a 67-year-old Asian male who was last seen on August 2, 2025, at 11:20 a.m., on  the 11800 block of 163rd Street, in the city of Norwalk.

Mr. Yoshimura is 5’ 11” tall, 190 lbs. with gray hair, black eyes, and a birth mark on his right cheek. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, blue jeans, and a blue baseball cap.

Mr. Yoshimura is diabetic and requires medication. There is concern for his well-being.
