September 2, 2025 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials announce it is with great sadness that the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department honors the memory of Biola University Chief of Campus Safety and Associate Vice President, Chief John “Chief O” Ojeisekhoba, who sadly passed away on Sunday, August 31, 2025.

We extend our deepest condolences to Chief O’s family, friends, and colleagues within the Biola University Campus Safety Department.

Rest peacefully Chief O. Your many years of service, leadership, compassion, and dedication will never be forgotten.
