Stolen Vehicle Crew Arrested
September 3, 2025 – Ventura County Sheriff’s Office officials report that during the month of August, the City of Camarillo experienced a rise in vehicle burglaries, thefts from vehicles, and stolen vehicles in the Village at the Park neighborhood.
In the early morning of September 1, 2025, two vehicles were seen suspiciously driving around the area. Thanks to a coordinated response between detectives and patrol officers, a traffic stop was conducted, leading to the arrest of three individuals connected to a stolen vehicle from the City of Oxnard, as well as charges related to conspiracy, possession of burglary tools, and possession of stolen property.
Around 2:00 a.m., a Camarillo detective on extra patrol noticed two dark Infiniti sedans moving slowly through the neighborhood near Via Rosal School. The drivers briefly exited their vehicles, with one person carrying a crowbar and wearing a face mask. Both then got back into one vehicle and left, leaving the other sedan abandoned.
In coordination with Camarillo Patrol units, deputies conducted a traffic stop and identified the subjects as Randi Arevalo, Adrian Horta, and Cristian Isidoro. Horta is currently on probation for assault and theft-related offenses. The abandoned Infiniti was found to have a broken driver’s side window, and further checks confirmed it was a stolen vehicle that had not been reported.
All three suspects were arrested and booked on charges including conspiracy, possession of burglary tools, stolen vehicle possession, and possession of stolen property.
The Camarillo Police Station would like to remind its residents to please lock your vehicle doors, avoid leaving valuables inside, and report any suspicious activity to the police to help keep our community safe.
