It’s Not Bumper Cars! 

September 7, 2025 – San Bernardino Police Department officials report that on Tuesday, Officers attempted a traffic stop on a stolen Lexus out of Beverly Hills. The driver pulled into a parking stall in a parking lot to a private business with a patrol car nearby. The driver backed up striking another vehicle then pulled forward striking the police car. The driver was able to forcefully wedge past the police unit and fled at a high rate of speed.

Officers initiated a brief vehicle pursuit before the suspect vehicle became disabled. The adult male driver was taken into custody on multiple felony charges.
