September 20, 2025 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Detail, is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, Asha Ingrid Chand.  Asha was last seen on September 19, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. on the 1000 of Flintlock Road in the city of Diamond Bar.

Asha is described as a 26-year-old Hispanic female, 5’04”, 135 lbs., with blonde/orange hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a hoodie, a "Taco Bell" shirt, and black pants. She has tattoos on both arms and "Asian Cartoons" on her earlobe.

Ms. Chand suffers from a mental health disorder and needs medication.

She has a possible destination of the Westwood Area.
