Convicted Felon Arrested for Possession of Multiple Guns 

September 24, 2025 – Sacramento County Sheriff's Office officials report that deputies from Sheriff’s North Patrol conducted a vehicle stop on Joshua Lindstrom, a convicted felon prohibited from owning firearms or ammunition.

Working with the North Division High Impact Policing (HIP) Team, Deputies began a larger investigation and obtained search warrants for areas Lindstrom was known to control. Deputies recovered 5 handguns, 2 rifles, ammunition, and $4,000 in cash from Lindstrom’s storage unit.

Lindstrom was arrested and booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail. His booking photo is prohibited for release, per California law, because his charges are classified as “non-violent.”
