Burglary Arrest 

Lakewood Sheriff's Station officials report that early on Wednesday morning, deputies responded to a burglary in progress and discovered suspects inside a home that was being fumigated.

Our Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB) assisted and detained one suspect, while another fled on foot, leading to a short pursuit.

This is a good reminder to let trusted neighbors know when your home is being fumigated as we have seen an increase in burglaries targeting these types of homes due to residents not being home and its vulnerability.
