Commercial Crimes Division’s Major Theft Task Force Arrest “Cleaning Service” Burglary Crew
October 12, 2025 – Los Angeles, CA – Los Angeles Police Department officials report that on September 30, 2025, detectives from Commercial Crimes Division, Joint LAPD/FBI/CHP Major Theft Task Force arrested two female Colombian nationals for grand theft. The suspects used a cleaning service app to create fake profiles, which enabled them to gain access to the homes of their victims to commit burglaries.
Detectives conducted a search of the suspects’ apartment and vehicles, and recovered $50,000 in cash, jewelry, high-end handbags belonging to multiple victims, Wi-fi jammers, and burglary tools. Inside their vehicles, detectives recovered cellphones, camouflaged trail cameras, stolen license plates, GPS trackers, and more Wi-Fi jammers. The suspects are part of a larger transnational organized crime group.
The two suspects were identified as 30-year-old Nikol Quiroga, booking # 7101159, and 49-year-old Sandra Aguillon booking # 7101162, were booked at Van Nuys Jail for Penal Code 487(A) – Grand Theft. The suspects are responsible for several home burglaries in the San Fernando Valley. Detectives are actively searching for additional victims and suspects.
