Fatal Traffic Collision 

October 22, 2025 – Riverside County Sheriff’s Office officials report that on October 19, 2025, at 1:46 p.m., deputies assigned to the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station responded to a major injury traffic collision involving two vehicles at Grape Street and Olive Street, Wildomar. Upon arrival, deputies located both drivers trapped inside their vehicle. With the assistance of Cal Fire, the drivers were extricated and transported to a local hospital in critical condition. One of the drivers ultimately succumbed to their injuries.

The Lake Elsinore Station’s Traffic Team assumed the investigation. Alcohol is not a factor in the collision. This is an ongoing investigation, and no further information will be released. The names are being withheld pending notification to the next of kin.
