October 25, 2025 – San Diego Police Department officials report that on October 23, 2025, Arthur Quinn was reported missing by his family. Arthur was last seen near the Cathedral Plaza Apartments on the 1500 block of Third Avenue in the City of San Diego on October 23, 2025, around 6:35 p.m. Arthur is considered at risk. He was last seen wearing a long-sleeved burgundy corduroy shirt with beige flowers, dark pants and a black baseball hat.

Arthur is described as an 82-year-old Black male, bald with brown eyes, standing approximately 6 feet tall, and weighing about 180 lbs.
