October 26, 2025 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Detail, is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, Luis Fernando Hoyos. Mr. Hoyos was last seen on Friday, October 24, 2025, at 10:50 a.m., on the 400 block of Figueroa Drive in the city of Altadena.

Mr. Hoyos is described as a 25-year-old Hispanic male adult, 5’03”, 140 lbs., with scruffy brown hair and brown eyes. He has a black beard, a black mole on his right cheek, and a Pokemon tattoo on his left foot.

Mr. Hoyos drives a 2002 gray Acura TL, California license plate #9TWS506 (pictured).
