WANTED 

October 30, 2025 – Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office officials report that the Sexual Assault Felony Enforcement (SAFE) Task Force is searching for Samuel Martinez, 57, of San Jose.

He’s 5’11” tall, 237 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.

Martinez has prior convictions for child molestation and assault with intent to commit rape.

He is currently wanted for assault with a deadly weapon and failing to register as a sex offender.
