Narcotics Arrest in Poway
November 15, 2025 – San Diego County Sheriff's Office officials report that on Thursday, November 14,
2025, just before 1:00 a.m., the Sheriff's Communication Center received call of a burglary in progress in the 12400 block of Oak Knoll Road in the city of Poway. The caller stated two masked men walked through the back door of neighboring residence and later left the location at a high rate of speed in a gray Scion and a white sedan traveling westbound on Oak Knoll Road towards Pomerado Road.
Deputies from the Poway Station responded to the area and located two vehicles which matched the description near the intersection of Pomerado Road and Ted Williams Parkway. They stopped both vehicles in the Target Shopping Center in Poway.
The three occupants from the vehicles were detained for questioning related to the report of a burglary. During the investigation, deputies observed narcotics in plain view within the white Ford Focus driven by Daniel Baker (28). A search was conducted which revealed a large number of narcotics.
The search yielded the following:
514 Adderall pills
110 tabs of lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD)
68 grams of ketamine
4 grams of a bag labelled as "molly"
Approximately 1 kilogram of marijuana
176 grams of psylocibin (mushrooms)
600 tabs of MDMA (ecstasy)
12 grams of cocaine
Paraphernalia indicative of the sales of illegal narcotics
$410 of US currency
Baker was arrested and booked into San Diego Central Jail for the following charges: possession of a controlled substance for sales (11378 HS), transporting a controlled substance for sales (11352(a) HS and 11379(a) HS), possession of cocaine base of sales (11351.5 HS), possession of ketamine for sales (11379.2 HS), possession of marijuana (11359(b) HS) for sales, and committing a felony while out on bail (12022.1 PC).
Nicole Kridler (20) was the passenger in the gray Scion and was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and narcotics paraphernalia. Kridler was placed under arrest for possession of a controlled substance (11350(a) HS), possession of marijuana (11357(a)(2) HS), and possession of narcotics paraphernalia (11364(a) HS). Kridler was issued a citation and released from Poway Station.
The Poway Criminal Apprehension Team (PCAT) responded after the arrest and obtained a search warrant for Baker's residence in the 12400 block of Oak Knoll Road in Poway. Detectives located additional evidence of narcotics sales and ammunition for various firearms.
The estimated street value of the drugs seized was approximately $40,000.
