Organized Retail Theft Suspects Arrested 

November 18, 2025 – Riverside County Sheriff’s Office officials report that on November 13, 2025, at 11:48 a.m., deputies from riverside county sheriff logothe Perris Sheriff’s Station responded to a business in the 1600 block of North Perris Boulevard, Perris, regarding a grand theft. It was reported the suspects stole a large amount of beauty products from the business. Upon deputies' arrival, the suspects had fled the area.

The Perris Sheriff’s Station’s Robbery and Burglary Suppression Team was notified and assumed the investigation. Through follow-up on various leads, the suspects were identified as Nicole Barrios, a 19-year-old resident of Rancho Cucamonga, and Andres Mora, an 18-year-old resident of Ontario. It was learned these suspects were responsible for multiple thefts in Los Angeles County, Orange County, and several cities throughout Riverside County, with a combined total of approximately $30,000 in theft of merchandise.

On November 14, 2025, with the assistance of the Hemet Police Department, both suspects were stopped in a vehicle and taken into custody shortly after committing a theft at a business in the 2000 block of West Florida Avenue, Hemet. Evidence related to the series of thefts was located in the suspect’s vehicle. Both suspects were arrested and booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center for grand theft and organized retail theft.
