December 14, 2025 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Seth Frank. He is a 43-year-old White male who was last seen on December 12, 2025, at 5:00 P.M., on the 5800 block of Pearce Avenue, in the city of Lakewood.

Seth is 5’03”, 207 lbs., is bald with brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white collared dress shirt and black dress pants.

Mr. Frank has diminished mental capacity and his family is concerned for his well-being.
